Mit unserer langjährigen Erfahrung und einem eingespielten Team gehen wir auf die individuellen Wünsche unserer Kunden ein und kreieren massgeschneiderte Lösungen im Bereich Garten- und Landschaftsgestaltung. Sachbearbeiter/in Finanzen 80%

Ihre Aufgaben Führen der Finanzbuchhaltung, der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie der Anlagenbuchhaltung Führen des Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesen Erstellen der Nachkalkulation Baustellen Erstellen der MwSt-Abrechnungen Vorbereitungen Jahresabschluss gemäss Vorschriften nach OR Wahrnehmung von Controlling-Funktionen Erarbeiten von Statistiken gemäss internen und externen Anforderungen

Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur Sachbearbeiterin Finanz und Rechnungswesen und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung. Stilsicheres Deutsch und ein Flair für Organisatorisches sind essenziell. Zusätzlich runden Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine klare, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit vorausschauendem Denken und Handeln ihr Profil ab. Französischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit den Programmen Abacus und Sorba sind von Vorteil.
