  • Erstellung und Verwaltung der Kundenfakturierung – du stellst sicher, dass alle Rechnungen termingerecht und korrekt erstellt werden.
  • Datenmanagement für neue Debitoren – du pflegst und aktualisierst Kundenstammdaten zuverlässig in unseren Systemen.
  • Erfassung und Buchung von Kreditorenrechnungen – inklusive sorgfältiger Kontrolle und Nachverfolgung.
  • Überwachung offener Kreditorenposten – du sorgst dafür, dass keine offenen Rechnungen unbeachtet bleiben.
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Zahlläufen – du gewährleistest eine reibungslose Abwicklung der Kreditorenzahlungen.
  • Bearbeitung verschiedener Bankkonten – inklusive Abgleich, Überwachung und Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten.

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – du bringst eine solide Basis für diese Position mit.
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung – du hast bereits in diesem Bereich gearbeitet und möchtest dein Wissen vertiefen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office – insbesondere Excel ist dir vertraut und du nutzt es effektiv.
  • Teamorientiert und zuverlässig – du arbeitest selbstständig, bist gut organisiert und packst gerne mit an.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse – für eine klare und präzise Kommunikation.
  • Gute ösischkenntnisse – ein Plus, das dich vielseitig einsetzbar macht und den Austausch erleichtert.
