Für unsere Kundin suchen wir eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter/in Finanzen. In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie vielseitige administrative Aufgaben innerhalb des Forderungs- und Inkassowesens. Die Tätigkeit eignet sich besonders für Personen mit einer exakten Arbeitsweise, hoher Zahlenaffinität und Freude an strukturierten Prozessen.

Aufgaben

Sie bearbeiten hauptsächlich Rückweisungen von Zahlungsbefehlen und erfassen diese korrekt in den entsprechenden Systemen. Zudem sind Sie für die Bearbeitung von Verlustscheinen verantwortlich und unterstützen bei der Freischaltung gesperrter SwissPass-Konten. Dabei stellen Sie eine termingerechte, sorgfältige und qualitativ hochwertige Verarbeitung der anfallenden Geschäftsfälle sicher. Je nach Eignung und Lerngeschwindigkeit können Ihnen schrittweise weitere anspruchsvollere Aufgaben innerhalb der Finanzadministration übertragen werden.

Anforderungen

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und bringen erste Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Bereich Finanzen oder Buchhaltung, mit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein ausgeprägtes Leseverständnis setzen wir voraus. Sie arbeiten exakt, effizient und behalten auch bei repetitiven Tätigkeiten einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität zeichnen Sie aus. Zudem verfügen Sie über gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Office-365-Palette. Kenntnisse im Inkasso- und SchKG-Bereich sind von Vorteil und erleichtern Ihnen den Einstieg in die Funktion.
