Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie bearbeiten die Fälle des Bezirksgerichts Hochdorf und des Friedensrichteramts Hochdorf administrativ vom Falleingang über die einzelnen Verfahrensschritte bis zur Archivierung.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Richterpersonen sorgen Sie für eine effiziente, präzise und termingerechte Abwicklung der Verfahren.
  • Die schriftliche Korrespondenz gehört ebenso zu Ihrem vielseitigen Arbeitsalltag wie der telefonische und persönliche Kontakt mit Verfahrensbeteiligten am Schalter.
  • Einfache Entscheide verfassen Sie anhand von Vorlagen oder auf Anweisung der zuständigen Richterpersonen.
  • Als Teil eines dynamischen und eingespielten Teams übernehmen Sie weitere administrative Aufgaben und unterstützen sich gegenseitig im Tagesgeschäft. 

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Eine präzise, selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus. Dabei behalten Sie auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick und setzen die richtigen Prioritäten.
  • In juristische Themen und Verfahren arbeiten Sie sich rasch ein und gehen mit den gängigen EDV Tools sicher um.
  • Sprachliche Gewandtheit sowie eine klare und sichere Kommunikation bringen Sie sowohl schriftlich als auch im persönlichen Kontakt mit.
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Dienstleistungsorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab. Sie pflegen einen angenehmen Umgang mit Rechtsuchenden und wissen auch mit anspruchsvollen Kundinnen und Kunden umzugehen. Dabei sind Verschwiegenheit und Loyalität für Sie selbstverständlich.
