  • Administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Fachbereich HR-Services ausführen
  • Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse sowie Begleitschreiben verfassen, verwalten und ablegen
  • Bewerberadministration betreuen und verwalten
  • HR-Mailpostfach und Anfragen der Mitarbeitenden triagieren und bearbeiten
  • Lernende und Praktikanten in der Rolle als Praxisbildner/-in im HR betreuen und ausbilden 

Das macht Sie einzigartig

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung zur HR-Assistentin / zum HR-Assistent oder Sachbearbeiter/-in Personalwesen mit Berufserfahrung im HR in einer Verwaltung
  • Sichere IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (Office-Palette, M365) sowie SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Aktive Kenntnisse von zwei Amtssprachen und wenn möglich passive Kenntnisse der dritten Amtssprache
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit
