Im Bereich der Schadens\- und Motorfahrzeugversicherung suchen wir in der Sachbearbeitung eine Verstärkung für unser Backoffice\-Team.

Über die

In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Leiter Backoffice, den Mandatsleitern sowie Ihren Arbeitskolleginnen im Backoffice zusammen und sind in die tägliche Betreuung unserer Kunden sowohl in beratender wie auch in administrativer Hinsicht eingebunden und mitverantwortlich.

* * Aufgabenbereich

  • Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungen im Bereich der Schadens\- und Motorfahrzeugversicherung
  • Offertbestellung und Kontrolle
  • Versicherungsnachweisbestellungen
  • Aufbereitung und Nachbearbeitung von Vertragsanalysen
  • Postversand
  • Kundenanfragen per Telefon, Mail, Post oder Schalter
  • Assistenzaufgaben für die Mandatsleiter/innen

Qualifikationen / Erfoderliche Fähigkeiten

* Lehrabschluss in der Versicherungsbranche * Gute Fachkenntnis im Bereich der Motofahrzeugversicherung * Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative * Müheloser Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office Programmen wie Word, Excel, Outlook und Powerpoint Vorteile
