Unser gut ausgebildetes Team braucht Unterstützung und sucht nach einer/einem engagierten, begeisterungsfähigen und aufgestellten Kollegin oder Kollegen. Wir suchen: Sachbearbeiter/in Immobilienbewirtschaftung 80% \- 100 % Das sind Ihre Aufgaben: Bedienung der Telefonzentrale und des Empfangs Allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten Korrespondenz Mitarbeit beim Verbuchen von Kreditoren und Debitoren Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Immobilienbewirtschafterinnen in Bezug auf Erst\- und Wiedervermietungen sowie Organisation von Mieterwechsel Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung Das bringen Sie mit: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und erfolgreich absolvierte Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in Immobilienbewirtschaftung 1\-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS\-Office Kenntnisse der Bewirtschaftungssoftware Rimo R5 von Vorteil Rasche Auffassungsgabe, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise Gutes Aufgabenmanagement Vernetztes Denken mit Blick für das Wesentliche Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit Angenehme Umgangsformen sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen Das bieten wir Ihnen: Aufgestelltes und kollegiales Team Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Familiäres Ambiente jid9833ed3jm jit0518jm jiy26jm
