Die Abteilung Betriebliche Bildung ist für die Aufsicht über die berufliche Grundbildung verantwortlich. Sie gilt als Drehscheibe, erteilt Bildungsbewilligungen, genehmigt Lehrverträge, berät und unterstützt die Lehrvertragsparteien sowie die Bildungspartner in allen Fragen der Berufsbildung. In der Abteilung Betriebliche Bildung steht der Kontakt zu den Lehrbetrieben im Mittelpunkt. Für unser Services-Team suchen wir Verstärkung im IT-Support für die digitalen Portale der Berufsbildung. Bist du gerne mit Menschen im Kontakt, denkst lösungsorientiert und bringst dich als Teamplayer/in ein? Dann erwartet dich ein aufgestelltes Team mit Freude an neuen Ideen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Lehrbetriebe und Berufsbildende bei technischen Fragen rund um unsere IT-Portale.
  • Am Telefon und per Mail gibst du verständliche Auskünfte, gehst auf individuelle Anliegen ein und begleitest die Anrufenden geduldig zu einer passenden Lösung.
  • Wiederkehrende Fragen und Anliegen erkennst du und bringst die Erkenntnisse aus dem Support bei den zuständigen Stellen ein. So trägst du dazu bei, dass Prozesse, Anleitungen und Schulungsunterlagen laufend verbessert werden.
  • Bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Portale bringst du die Perspektive der Anwenderinnen und Anwender ein und unterstützt bei Releases, beispielsweise beim Testen neuer Funktionen.
  • Bei Bedarf packst du auch bei administrativen Aufgaben mit an, zum Beispiel bei der elektronischen Pflege von Lehrvertragsdaten.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung und bringst einige Jahre Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Du arbeitest sicher und routiniert mit MS Office, findest dich schnell in neuen digitalen Anwendungen zurecht und gehst technischen Fragestellungen strukturiert und lösungsorientiert auf den Grund.
  • Du hast Freude am Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und findest auch für komplexe Themen verständliche Worte.
  • Wenn mehrere Anliegen gleichzeitig auf dich zukommen, behältst du den Überblick, arbeitest strukturiert und setzt Prioritäten, ohne dabei die Qualität aus den Augen zu verlieren.
  • Wenn du bereits Erfahrung mit Themen der Berufsbildung mitbringst, ist das ein Plus.
