Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrer erfahrenen Arbeitskollegin unterstützen Sie die Berufsbeistandspersonen rund um die Administration (Bearbeitung der Korrespondenz sowie schriftliche und telefonische Abklärungen mit diversen Stellen).
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Geltendmachung und Bewirtschaftung der sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Ansprüche in den Bereichen AHV, IV, EL, HE, IPV, ALV.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit den Berufsbeistandspersonen sind Sie für die Bewirtschaftung der Anträge und Leistungen im Rahmen des KFSG verantwortlich.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unserer internen Buchhaltung zusammen.
  • Sie entwickeln die bereits vorhandenen Abläufe in der Administration bereichsintern und -übergreifend stetig im Team weiter.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im Sozialversicherungsbereich. Der eidg. Fachausweis für Sozialversicherungsfachpersonen ist erwünscht.
  • Sie schätzen die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld sowie den Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Personen und Fachstellen.
  • Sie drücken sich sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich einwandfrei aus.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme, wenn möglich mit Anwendungserfahrung mit dem KLIB.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne in einem interdisziplinären, stabilen und humorvollen Team.
  • Sie sind belastbar, arbeiten selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst.
