Sachbearbeiter:in Payroll & HR-Administration 100%

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte und korrekte Abwicklung der Lohnbuchhaltung inklusive monatlicher Plausibilisierung, IKS-Qualitätssicherung sowie der gesamten Monats- und Jahresendarbeiten
  • Pflege der HR-Stammdaten sowie die Abwicklung von Pensionskassen-, Sozialversicherungs- und Quellensteuer-Themen
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Linienvorgesetzte, Finanzbuchhaltung, Behörden und Versicherungen bei allen Payroll- und verbuchungstechnischen Fragen
  • Unterstützung der HR-Administration (inkl. Stellvertretung), Sachbearbeitung im Bereich Learning & Development sowie Mitarbeit bei HR-Projekten
  • Fachliche und persönliche Betreuung (Berufs- und Praxisbildung) unserer KV-Lernenden
  • Weiterentwicklungen des Zuständigkeitsbereichs

Voraussetzungen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine HR- oder Payroll-spezifische Weiterbildung (z. B. Sachbearbeiter:in Sozialversicherungen)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Schweizer Saläradministration sowie im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Excel (Analysen & Reports); Kenntnisse in WORKDAY, Infoniqa oder SAP sind ein grosses Plus
  • Idealerweise besitzt du bereits den Berufsbildnerausweis (oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zeitnah zu absolvieren) und hast - Freude an der Förderung von Jugendlichen
  • Du bist flexibel einsetzbar, zuverlässig, agierst diskret, exakt und selbstständig. Als teamorientierte:r Dienstleister:in bringst du zudem eine gesunde Portion Humor mit
