Als innovative Kunsthochschule mit inspirierender Atmosphäre legen wir grossen Wert auf spartenübergreifendes Lehren und Forschen in Musik, Gestaltung und Kunst, Konservierung und Restaurierung, Theater, Literatur und in unserem transdisziplinären Y Institut.

Sachbearbeiter\*in Prüfungsorganisation ========================================

Was Sie hier tun

  • Instrumentale und vokale Prüfungen der Musik Klassik planen und administrieren
  • Termine, Räumlichkeiten und Infrastruktur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Studiengangsleitenden, den Dozierenden, den Klavierbegleitenden und den Studierenden koordinieren
  • Prüfungstermine und \-ergebnisse allen Beteiligten kommunizieren
  • Datenpflege für die Aktualisierung der Formulare, Merkblätter und Informationen sicherstellen
  • Digitale Hilfsmittel für die Prüfungsplanung nutzen (Workflows für Einladungen zu Prüfungen, Pflichtstücken, Notenbekanntgaben erstellen etc.)

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Kauffrau (EFZ) mit höherer Fachausbildung oder Weiterbildung in SharePoint * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365 sowie digitalen Hilfsmitteln wie MS Teams, MS Forms, SharePoint, Power Automate etc. * Strukturierte, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit Organisationsflair, Erfahrungen im Bildungswesen und Affinität zur Musik von Vorteil * Offene, kommunikative, teamfähige Persönlichkeit * Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch und ösisch Interviewtermine erste Runde am 10\. \& 17\. November 2026
