DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Administrative Unterstützung der QEHS\-Fachbereiche bei Qualitäts\-, Umwelt\-, Arbeitssicherheits\- und Zertifizierungsprozessen
  • Erstellung, Pflege, Überwachung und Verwaltung von QEHS\-Dokumentationen, Datenbanken, Kennzahlen und Nachweisen
  • Koordination und termingerechte Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben, Massnahmen sowie bereichsübergreifender Anfragen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Zertifizierungen, Reklamationsmanagement sowie internen Projekten
  • Aufbereitung, Auswertung und Bereitstellung von qualitäts\-, sicherheits\- und umweltrelevanten Informationen für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen.

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit erster Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, QEHS oder Administration
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Verständnis für technische, qualitäts\-, sicherheits\- und umweltrelevante Dokumentationen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Datenbanken und administrativen Systemen
  • Teamfähige, kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
