Der vsao vertritt die beruflichen, standespolitischen und wirtschaftlichen Interessen von rund 24 000 angestellten Ärztinnen und Ärzten in der Schweiz und unterstützt Medizinstudierende auf ihrem Ausbildungsweg.

Für unser Zentralsekretariat in Bern suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter:In Service \& Projekte 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben: Für unsere Mitglieder sind Sie oft die erste Anlaufstelle. Sie beantworten Fragen, bearbeiten Anliegen und sorgen dafür, dass unsere administrativen Prozesse zuverlässig funktionieren.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Bearbeitung von Eintritten, Austritten und Mutationsmeldungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Auskünfte an unsere Mitglieder in Deutsch und ösisch
  • Rechnungsstellung und Mahnwesen im Zusammenhang mit Mitgliederbeiträgen
  • Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten und Korrespondenz
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Veranstaltungen wie dem medifuture\-Kongress
  • Organisation von Workshops und Webinaren
  • Verantwortung für das vsao\-Archiv
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen und Prozesse

Der Schwerpunkt der Stelle liegt in der Mitgliederbetreuung und der selbständigen Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben. Je nach Interessen, Stärken und Engagement bestehen darüber hinaus Möglichkeiten, zusätzliche Aufgaben zu übernehmen und in Verbandsprojekten mitzuarbeiten.

Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundbildung (EFZ) und fühlen sich in einem Umfeld wohl, in dem Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamarbeit gefragt sind.

Ausserdem bringen Sie mit:

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft mitzudenken und Verbesserungen anzustossen
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse von Microsoft 365

Italienischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sind von Vorteil.
