Sie leitet das Vorverfahren gemäss Strafprozessordnung, verfolgt die Straftaten im Rahmen der Untersuchung, erhebt gegebenenfalls Anklage und vertritt diese vor Gericht. Sie möchten Ihr Organisationstalent in einem juristischen Umfeld einbringen und damit einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Sicherheit der Luzerner Bevölkerung leisten? Bei uns übernehmen Sie Verantwortung und sorgen gemeinsam im Team für effiziente sowie qualitativ hochwertige Abläufe in der Staatsanwaltschaft.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie erfassen und verwalten Straffälle in der Fachapplikation Tribuna.
  • Allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben wie Korrespondenz erledigen Sie zuverlässig.
  • Die Koordination von Terminen und Verhandlungen mit Parteien, Anwälten und Dolmetschern liegt in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich; Vorladungen erstellen Sie selbstständig.
  • Sie redigieren Strafbefehle, Verfügungen sowie Entscheide und bearbeiten Anklagen an das Bezirksgericht und das Kriminalgericht inkl. Aktenanlage.
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Abklärungen mit Anwälten, Behörden und Dienststellen gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Profil E oder M) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation, idealerweise im Umfeld von Polizei, Justiz oder Staatsanwaltschaft.
  • Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Im Umgang mit Microsoft Office sind Sie versiert und zeigen Bereitschaft, sich in fachspezifische Anwendungen einzuarbeiten.
  • Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz zählen zu Ihren Stärken.
  • Eine effiziente und speditive Arbeitsweise bringen Sie mit; zudem verfügen Sie über stilsicheres Deutsch, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
