Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Fakturierung und Fallbearbeitung stationärer Leistungen: zeitnahe Erstellung, Stornierung und Refakturierung von Rechnungen sowie Bearbeitung von Pendenzen, Nachtragsrechnungen, Fehlerprotokollen, Rechnungsrückweisungen und Korrekturen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Prozessoptimierung in der stationären Fakturierung
  • Auskunfts- und Ansprechperson für Kostenträger wie Versicherungen, Patient:innen sowie interne Stellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten bei individuell anfallenden Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene KV-Ausbildung
  • Für die Bearbeitung von Berichtsanfragen sind medizinische Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
