In dieser vielseitigen Funktion unterstützen Sie unsere Finanzprozesse und stehen in engem Austausch mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern. Motivierte Quereinsteiger\*innen mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenflair sind herzlich willkommen. ösisch auf Niveau C2 oder gleichwertig ist zwingend erforderlich.

Sachbearbeiter\*in Subledger ============================

  • Préparation et exécution des paiements fournisseurs
  • Traitement des factures fournisseurs
  • Réconciliation de différents comptes de bilan
  • Réconciliation des comptes clients et fournisseurs
  • Réconciliations intercompany au sein du Groupe EQUANS
  • Gestion des dossiers de recouvrement
  • Exécution des relances clients
  • Comptabilisation des opérations bancaires et de caisse
  • Création et mise à jour des données de base
  • Traitement des demandes internes et externes par téléphone et par écrit
  • Soutien aux tâches administratives liées à la finance et à la comptabilité

Sprachkenntnisse

* Verhandlungsichere ösischkenntnisse C1/C2 (zwingend) * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil Berufserfahrung

* Erste Berufserfahrung in einer kaufmännischen, administrativen oder dienstleistungsorientierten Funktion von Vorteil * Erfahrung im Finanz\- oder Rechnungswesen ist willkommen IT\-Kenntnisse

* Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel * SAP\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil Ausbildung

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Compétences personnelles
