Mit rund 90 Mitarbeitenden bieten wir unseren Kunden umfassende Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Treuhand, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuern, Vorsorge\-, Wirtschafts\- und Rechtsberatung sowie digitale Transformation und Abacus\-Lösungen. Als Abacus Classic Partner mit eigenem ERP\-Team arbeiten wir digital und papierlos.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bern an der Eigerstrasse 60 suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Treuhand 80\-100%.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Überschaubares Team von rund 15 Personen mit hilfsbereiten und kompetenten Mitarbeitenden
  • Arbeiten in einem kollegialen und wertschätzenden Umfeld (keine Grossraumbüros)

  • 5 Wochen Ferien
  • Digitales, papierloses Arbeiten mit Abacus, SharePoint und MS Teams
  • Interne Abacus\-Schulungen durch unser eigenes ERP Team sowie Fachschulungen durch Spezialisten im eigenen Betrieb
  • Förderung von branchenspezifischen Aus\- und Weiterbildungen
  • Regelmässige Teamevents und Betriebsausflüge zur Stärkung des Teamgeists

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit bei der Betreuung von Treuhandmandaten für KMU aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen, mit der Perspektive, später eigene Mandate zu übernehmen
  • Mithilfe bei Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüssen, inkl. MWST\-Abrechnungen
  • Führen von Lohnbuchhaltungen inkl. Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen (falls gewünscht)
  • Erstellen von Steuererklärungen für natürliche und juristische Personen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Treuhandbereich von Vorteil
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • IT\-Affinität und zukunftsgerichtete Denkweise, Abacus\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Aufgestellte Persönlichkeit mit Lust, dich weiterzuentwickeln
