Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung im B2B\-Bereich: Du berätst unsere Fachhändler in der Deutsch\- und Westschweiz und unterstützt sie bei technischen Fragen rund um unsere Produkte.
  • Auftragsabwicklung: Du begleitest Kundenaufträge von der Erfassung bis zur erfolgreichen Abwicklung – auf Deutsch und ösisch.
  • Technische Abklärungen: Dank Deinem technischen Verständnis kannst Du Kundenanfragen kompetent beurteilen und gemeinsam mit der Produktion passende Lösungen finden.
  • Drehscheibenfunktion: Du bist die wichtige Verbindung zwischen unseren Kunden, dem Verkauf und der Produktion und sorgst dafür, dass Informationen zuverlässig fliessen.
  • Kundenkommunikation: Du pflegst einen lösungsorientierten Austausch mit unseren Kunden – hauptsächlich auf Deutsch, gelegentlich auch auf ösisch.
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten: Vor allem während der Wintermonate kannst Du Dich aktiv in verschiedene Projekte einbringen und unser Team mit Deinen Ideen unterstützen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung – ergänzt durch kaufmännische Erfahrung oder Weiterbildung
  • Freude daran, Dein technisches Know\-how mit kaufmännischen Aufgaben und Kundenkontakt zu verbinden
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache und eine sichere, sympathische Kommunikation
  • Mündliche ösischkenntnisse: Du kannst Dich im direkten Gespräch mit französischsprachigen Kunden verständigen und hast Freude an der persönlichen kommunikation. Schriftliche ösischkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich.
  • Eine selbständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Eine aufgestellte, teamfähige Persönlichkeit, die gerne mit anderen zusammenarbeitet
  • Engagement und Eigeninitiative – Du packst gerne mit an und übernimmst Verantwortung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen und gängigen digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
