The posting

Für unseren Kunden, ein weltweit führendes und innovatives Schweizer Technologieunternehmen in der Region Flamatt, suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine kunden- und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter:in Verkauf Innendienst & Export (100%), temporär, per sofort bis ca. März 2027.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche und reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung von der Kundenanfrage bis zur termingerechten Auslieferung.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion und Koordination zwischen Kunden, Supply Chain sowie internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung der Lieferbereitschaft.
  • Abwicklung internationaler Transporte inklusive der kompletten Versand-, Zoll- und Exportprozesse (SAP GTS / AEB).
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen, Reklamationen und Retouren (RMA).
  • Pflege und Optimierung von Verkaufsstammdaten sowie Verwaltung von Kundenportalen.
  • Einhaltung von Exportvorschriften und Richtlinien (z. B. «Bekannter Versender»).

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst bzw. in der Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Erprobte Erfahrung im Export und im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Versierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie fundierte Erfahrung mit SAP SD (idealerweise mit AEB-Schnittstelle).
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung.
