Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams, suchen wir Dich als

Sachbearbeiter/in Verkaufsinnendienst Export 80\-100% (m/w/d)

Du bist eine selbständige und qualitätsbewusste Persönlichkeit, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst und/oder Export.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:

  • Betreuung unserer globalen Kundschaft sowie unserer langjährigen Vertriebspartner
  • Persönliche Kommunikation, überwiegend in englischer Sprache
  • Abwicklung der Aufträge von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Fakturierung und Zahlung
  • Kompetente und serviceorientierte Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden
  • Koordination der Kundenbedürfnisse mit Produktion, Logistik und Versand
  • Sicherstellung zufriedener Kunden und reibungsloser Abläufe

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, idealerweise im Exportumfeld
  • Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Begeisterung für den direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
