Einleitung

Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in der Region Kölliken eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den Verkaufsinnendienst, die Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Koordination von Projekten hat. Es erwarten Sie abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einem internationalen Umfeld sowie die Möglichkeit, aktiv zum Unternehmenserfolg beizutragen.

Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen inklusive Termin- und Zahlungskontrolle
  • Koordination mit Kunden, Produktionsstätten und internen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung der Liefertermine
  • Betreuung von Kundenprojekten sowie Durchführung technischer und kommerzieller Abklärungen
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Kundenbesuchen sowie Abnahmen im Werk
  • Unterstützung des Aussendienstes bei Akquise und Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsteam

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion von Vorteil
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
  • Interesse an technischen Fragestellungen und Produkten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
