Wir liefern! Migros Logistics vereint die Migros Verteilbetrieb AG (MVB) und die Migros Logistique Romandie SA (MLR) und sorgt täglich für die Versorgung der Schweiz. Mit moderner Technologie und hochautomatisierten Prozessen gestalten wir die Logistik von morgen \- vernetzt und effizient.

Was du bewegst

  • Sorgfältige und einwandfreie Disposition sowie effiziente Bewirtschaftung von Frischesortimenten, inklusive termingerechter Erledigung aller administrativen Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Vorgaben (Lieferbereitschaft, Lagerreich\-weiten und Abschreiber)
  • Berechnung und Disposition von Aktions\-, Saison\- und Feiertagsmengen
  • Durchsetzen der geltenden Lieferanforderungen bei den Lieferanten
  • Gewährleistung einer sachbezogenen und effizienten Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen, Auftraggebern und Lieferanten
  • Fristgerechte Klärung und Bearbeitung von Differenzen im Rahmen der Rechnungsprüfung
  • Mitarbeit im Shop\-Support an Randzeiten sowie gelegentliche Samstagsdienste im Rotationsverfahren. Die Samstagsabdeckung erfolgt durch das gesamte Team und entspricht in der Regel ca. 5 bis 7 Einsätzen pro Jahr.
  • Zielorientierte und effiziente Planung sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: Kaufmännisch oder gleichwertig
  • Berufserfahrung: 2 Jahre Disposition, idealerweise im Bereich Frischesortimente
  • Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Affinität zu Zahlen und Analysen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und guten SAP\-Kenntnissen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Einsätze an Randzeiten sowie Samstagsdienste im Team\-Rotationsmodell
  • Deutsch (C1\)
