Das erwartet dich -----------------

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die sich mit und Kompetenz den Herausforderungen im Zahlungsverkehr stellt. Dazu gehören folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du bist eine kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere interne und externe Kundschaft im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr Abklärungen, Reklamationen und Korrekturen.
  • Du bearbeitest den Compliance\- und Fraud Filter und leistest gemeinsam mit deinem Team einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Betrugsvermeidung und \-behandlung.
  • Die Bereinigung von aus\- und eingehenden non\-STP\-Zahlungstransaktionen gehört zu deinen Aufgaben wie auch die daraus entstehenden Folgeaufgaben.
  • Du bearbeitest eigenständig Nachforschungen und korrespondierst mit unseren Partnerbanken per SWIFT, E\-Mail und Telefon.
  • Deine Mitarbeit und dein Knowhow bringst du beim Testen von Avaloq und dessen Umsystemen mit ein.

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der operativen Verarbeitung von Zahlungseingängen und Zahlungsausgängen für eine Bank.
  • Nationale und internationale Paymentdienstleistungen sind dir geläufig. SWIFT\-Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Nachforschung sind hilfreich.
  • Von Vorteil hast du bereits Erfahrung in Avaloq und GMP Finastra sowie im Testen von Kernbankensystemen.
  • Belastbarkeit, geistige Flexibilität und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein zählen zu deinen Stärken.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit im Team begeistert dich, ebenso wie eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du zeigst Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung und Engagement, bestehende Prozesse eigeninitiativ zu hinterfragen, Optimierungspotential aufzuzeigen und festzuhalten.
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für unsere internationalen Zahlungsströme unerlässlich. Deine adressatengerechten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten runden dein Profil ab.
