Deine Aufgaben

Vom Wareneingang bis zum Kundenauftrag: Du kennst die Abläufe nicht nur auf dem Papier, sondern verstehst, was dahinter passiert. Dein Arbeitsalltag findet hauptsächlich im Büro statt. Hier übernimmst du die komplette Auftragsabwicklung, koordinierst Bestellungen und Auslieferungen und sorgst dafür, dass intern wie extern die richtigen Informationen zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind. Du betreust Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich, nimmst Anliegen entgegen, findest unkompliziert Lösungen und hältst gemeinsam mit deinem Team das Tagesgeschäft am Laufen. Ergänzend übernimmst du administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben und bist an der Telefonzentrale eine wichtige erste Anlaufstelle. Während rund sieben Wochen pro Jahr wechselst du vom Bürostuhl mitten ins operative Geschehen und übernimmst die Stellvertretung in der Logistik.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, logistische oder vergleichbare Grundausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Logistik und Motivation für den Wechsel in eine überwiegende Bürofunktion oder Erfahrung im Innendienst mit beruflichem Hintergrund in der Logistik
  • Erfahrung in einem Handelsunternehmen von Vorteil
  • Einwandfreies Deutsch sowie gute mündliche Englisch\- und/oder ösischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, ERP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
