Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Abwicklung und Koordination von Kundenaufträgen

  • Unterstützen die Key Account Manager (KAM) bei Offerten sowie bei der vollständigen
  • AuftragskoordinationBetreuung und Beratung von internationalen Kunden im Tagesgeschäft
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen wie, Verkauf, Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf und Spedition
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben rund um den kommerziellen Verkaufsprozess

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Aus\- oder Weiterbildung z.B: eidg. FA, HF oder ähnliches
  • Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, idealerweise mit Kundenberatung; Exportkenntnisse sind von Vorteil und können angelernt werden
  • Interesse an technischen Produkten und die Bereitschaft, sich in das Sortiment einzuarbeiten
  • Freude am internationalen Kundenkontakt sowie eine dienstleistungs\- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und gute mündliche Englischkenntnisse; Jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
