Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fakturierung sowie Verarbeitung von Kreditorenrechnungen für die Service\- und KND\-Abteilung
  • Erstellung, Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Servicerapporten sowie Inbetriebnahme\-Protokollen und WP\-System\-Modulen.
  • Ausarbeitung von Offerten, Gutschriften, Wartungsverträgen und entsprechenden Vertragsunterlagen.
  • Pflege und Verwaltung des Ablagesystems für Wartungsverträge, Offerten und weitere relevante Dokumente.
  • Betreuung und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten sowie Pflege von Statistiken und Excel\-Auswertungen.
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung in der Westschweiz.
  • Ausführung allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten zur Unterstützung des Tagesgeschäfts.
  • Regelmässige Einsätze am Standort Puidoux zur Unterstützung der dortigen Serviceorganisation.

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren serviceorientierten Funktion
  • Freude am telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkontakt
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kunden\-, Service\- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Die Fähigkeit, auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen den Überblick zu behalten und die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit verschiedenen internen Fachbereichen
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln; Erfahrung mit ERP ist von Vorteil
  • Ihre Muttersprache ist Deutsch und sehr gute Französisch\-Kenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Standort in der Westschweiz sind ein «must have»
  • Sie bereichern das Team mit Ihrer aufgeschlossenen und positiven Art sowie mit Ihrer verkaufsorientierten Persönlichkeit
