  • Du verantwortest die gesamte HR\-Administration vom Ein\- bis Austritt für unsere rund 70 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz
  • Du stellst eine effiziente und korrekte Lohnbuchhaltung sicher und bist verantwortlich für sämtliche Themen rund um die Sozialversicherungen
  • Unser Zeiterfassungssystem liegt in deiner Verantwortung, ebenso wie das Erstellen mitarbeiterbezogener Dokumente wie Arbeitsverträge, Arbeitszeugnisse und Bestätigungen
  • Bei HR\-relevanten Fragen unserer Fach\- und Führungskräfte bist du eine kompetente Ansprechperson und sorgst für eine gesetzes\- und richtlinienkonforme Umsetzung
  • Im Recruiting unterstützt du tatkräftig mit – von der Korrespondenz mit Bewerbenden im Bewerbermanagementsystem bis zur Terminkoordination
  • In unseren digitalen Personalakten pflegst du sämtliche Personaldaten und legst in der internen Datenbank Informationen rund um Aus\- und Weiterbildungen an
  • Darüber hinaus liegt dir die stetige Optimierung und Digitalisierung der HR\-Prozesse am Herzen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im HR\-Bereich ( HR\-Assistent/in, Payroll\-Spezialist/in)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Bereich HR\-Administration und Lohnwesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht\- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfahrung mit einem ERP\-System im Payroll\-Bereich, idealerweise Sage / Infoniqa
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Vertrauenswürdige, kommunikationsstarke, dienstleistungsorientierte und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil
