Sachbearbeiter Verkauf 80\-100% (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und \-beratung
  • Auftragsbearbeitung, inkl. Webshop
  • Kundenakquise
  • Konditionsverhandlungen und \-abschlüsse
  • Avor Lieferanten\-Wareneingänge inkl. Nachbearbeitung
  • Produkt\-Liefertermine auf dem neuesten Stand halten
  • Produkt\-Bildmaterial aufarbeiten und nachpflegen
  • Rückstände bearbeiten
  • Reklamationen bearbeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei Messen, Kundenevents, etc.
  • Aushilfe in anderen Unternehmensbereichen

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännischer Background oder Erfahrung im Detailhandel (Affinität zur Technik)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Verkaufsflair sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse (mind. B2\), Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS\-Office
  • Teamorientierte, belastbare und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
