Bei uns gibt es viel zu tun

  • Erstellen von Offerten und Auftragsbestätigungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Verkaufsleitern
  • Unterstützung bei der Angebots\- und Preiskalkulation
  • Laufende Kontrolle, Pflege und Aktualisierung der Konditionen und Stammdaten
  • Erstellung von Statistiken, Analysen und Auswertungen für die Verkaufsleitung
  • Mitarbeit bei verkaufsfördernden Massnahmen sowie bei der Offertnachverfolgung (z. B. Mailings, Versand von Preislisten)
  • Telefonischer Kundenkontakt und Bearbeitung von Anfragen
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Stellen wie Produktion, Disposition, Labor
  • Allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben im Verkaufsinnendienst sowie Stellvertretung im Team
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten

So mischen Sie bei uns mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion, wenn möglich in der Bau\-/Baunebenbranche
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM\-Systemen (z.B. Salesforce, Dynamics oder gleichwertig)
  • MS\-Office: gute Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Deutsch: sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch und ösisch: von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Sorgfältige und exakte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähig und Bereitschaft, Stellvertretungen zu übernehmen
  • Belastbar, bei hohem Arbeitsanfall den Überblick behalten
