Zur Verstärkung unseres Verkaufsteams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Exporterfahrung und Freude am internationalen Kundenkontakt.

Deine Aufgabe Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen Vertriebspartner und Kunden, insbesondere in Italien. Dabei sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere Aufträge von der Anfrage bis zur Auslieferung reibungslos abgewickelt werden. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören: \- Selbstständiges Erstellen und Nachfassen von Angeboten \- Ganzheitliche Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträge inklusive Exportabwicklung \- Klärung exportrelevanter Fragestellungen und Versandprozess \- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines definierten Kundenportfolios \- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst, der Produktion und weiteren internen Fachbereichen \- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenbeziehungen

Das bringst Du mit Du fühlst Dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl, denkst vernetzt und behältst auch bei komplexen Abläufen den Überblick. Idealerweise verfügst Du über: \- Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung \- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst \- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Exportgeschäft und in internationalen Lieferprozessen \- Sehr gute Italienisch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift \- Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an industriellen Produkten \- Gute Kenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen \- Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise \- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude am Kundenkontakt
