Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Handelsunternehmen, das durch sein breites Sortiment und seine starke regionale Verankerung überzeugt. Der Verkauf Innendienst stellt die tagesgerechte Verarbeitung sämtlicher Aufträge und Anliegen der Verkaufsstellen in der Westschweiz sicher.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams in der Region suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter/in Verkauf Innendienst (50 %)Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist aktiv in die tägliche Abwicklung des Verkauf Innendienstes involviert und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
  • Du überwachst das Bestellwesen und stellst sicher, dass alle Aufträge zeitgerecht bearbeitet werden.
  • Du nimmst Beanstandungen entgegen, beurteilst diese fachgerecht und findest lösungsorientierte Wege für unsere Kunden.

Diese Stelle ist befristet bis Ende Februar 2027.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Verkauf Innendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion mit direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Französisch (mindestens Niveau B2), da Du schwerpunktmäßig das Team bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden in der Romandie unterstützen wirst
  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine kommunikative, teamfähige und belastbare Art aus und behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick
