Bei unserem Kunden erwartet Sie ein engagiertes Team und vielseitige Aufgaben in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld.

Aufgaben

  • Sie führen die Geschäftskontrolle und fügen den Akten eingescannte Dokumente an.
  • Sie bearbeiten die physische und elektronische Post und sorgen für die telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Abteilung.
  • Sie erstellen periodisch Mahnlisten und Statistiken nach Absprache.
  • Sie betreuen die Veröffentlichung von Publikationen und die öffentliche Auflage von Plangenehmigungsverfahren.
  • Sie organisieren die Koordination und Verwaltung der eingehenden Protokollauszüge.
  • Sie geben Auskunft zum Verfahrensstand und anderen Abwicklungsfragen an interne und externe Stellen.
  • Sie führen Sicherheitsausbildungen für neue Mitarbeitende durch und sind verantwortlich für den Brandschutz sowie die Evakuationsplanung.

Profil

  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Lehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
  • Sie verfügen über einen guten sprachlichen Ausdruck und verfassen korrekte, fehlerfreie Korrespondenz.
  • Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten und bringen eine Affinität für IT mit, auch im Hinblick auf neue Systeme.
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und bringen Eigeninitiative mit.
  • Sie sind teamfähig, unkompliziert und packen gerne mit an.
