Ein inhabergeführtes Ingenieurbüro in der Zentralschweiz plant und betreut Infrastrukturbauten wie Verkehrswege, Siedlungsentwässerung und Kanalunterhalt. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassen und Bewirtschaften von Projektdaten rund um den Unterhalt von Entwässerungsanlagen, teilweise mit KI-gestützten Hilfsmitteln
  • Lesen und Auswerten von Bauplänen
  • Mitarbeiten bei Ausschreibungen, Beschaffungen und Ausmasskontrollen
  • Unterstützen der Projektleitung in der Bau- und Projektadministration
  • Dokumentieren von Baustellen mit Fotos und Kontrollieren der Ausschilderung vor Ort
  • Betreuen von Telefon und Empfang sowie Erledigen allgemeiner kaufmännischer Arbeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung EFZ oder planerische Ausbildung, jeweils mit Erfahrung in der Baubranche
  • Sicheres Lesen und Verstehen von Bauplänen
  • Sichere Anwendung der MS-Office-Programme, von Vorteil Kenntnisse der Bauadministrationssoftware Messerli BauAd
  • Logische, vernetzte Denkweise sowie exakte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Initiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich in neue Gebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher
