Unser Auftraggeber ist ein international tätiges, hochspezialisiertes Schweizer Technologieunternehmen und führender Qualitätsanbieter von Sicherheits- und Überwachungslösungen im Toggenburg. Für die Überbrückung einer personellen Übergangsphase sowie die Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Exportabwicklung suchen wir per Mitte Oktober 2026 eine erfahrene, selbstständige und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Spezialist/in Aussenhandel & Export (m/w/d) im Teilzeitpensum von 40%?60%.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Export- & Importabwicklung: Verantwortung für die effiziente, termingerechte und compliance-konforme Abwicklung sämtlicher Export- und Importprozesse
  • Zoll- & Versanddokumente: Selbstständige Erstellung, Prüfung und Pflege aller relevanten Dokumente (z. B. Passar / e-dec, Ursprungszeugnisse, Beglaubigungen) inklusive revisionssicherer Ablage
  • Auftragsabwicklung im ERP: Unterstützung der End-to-End-Auftragsabwicklung im ERP-System von der Offerte bis zur Fakturierung unter Gewährleistung hoher Datenqualität
  • Schnittstellen- & Logistikmanagement: Proaktive Koordination mit internen Stellen, externen Partnern, Frachtführern und Logistikdienstleistern
  • Kostenkontrolle: Überwachung der Transportkosten, Prüfung von Transportrechnungen und Sicherstellung transparenter Abläufe

Qualifikationen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine gezielte Weiterbildung im Aussenhandel/Export/Import oder in der Logistik
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der operativen Export- und Importabwicklung in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fachwissen: Sehr gute Praxis im Umgang mit Schweizer Zoll- und Exportdokumenten (e-dec etc.) sowie routinierte ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Sprachen: Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift für die internationale Korrespondenz
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohe Selbstständigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe zur raschen Einarbeitung, ausgeprägte Qualitätsorientierung und Ruhe in Peak-Phasen
