Auch für Kinder führen wir mit Superfit und Primigi starke Marken. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und gestalten Sie mit uns die Zukunft des Schuhfachhandels. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n motivierte/n und engagierte/n Sachbearbeiter/in Innendienst (60\-80%) an unserem Hauptsitz in Dietikon.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der Haupttelefonnummer sowie erste Ansprechperson für Besucher und Lieferanten
  • Administrative Betreuung der Filialen
  • Bearbeiten von Wareneingängen, Warentauschen sowie Fakturakontrolle
  • Durchführen von Bestandskontrollen, Systemkorrekturen und aktive Mitarbeit bei Inventuren
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten
  • Koordination mit internen Abteilungen, den Filial\-Teams sowie externen Partnern
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position respektive im kaufmännischen Umfeld ist zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
