Für unseren topmodernen Hauptsitz in Zürich\- , suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, eine erfahrene, motivierte Persönlichkeit, die unser kleines, aber sehr sympathisches Finance\-Team tatkräftig mit positiver Energie unterstützt.

Deine Mission

* Selbständige Führung der Nebenbücher (Kreditoren, Debitoren inkl. Mahnwesen, Sachanlagen) für alle Ländergesellschaften (CH, UK, PL, DE und US)

* Verbuchung von Banktransaktionen inkl. Zahlläufe sowie Durchführung von Kontoabstimmungen und Klärung von Abweichungen

* Unterstützung bei Abgrenzungen, Verbuchung von Löhnen, Umsatz und Mehrwertsteuer in CH, UK, PL, DE und US Gesellschaften

* Mitarbeit bei den Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen (konzernweit)

* Unterstützung der Senior Accountants

Das solltest Du mitbringen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung

* Weiterbildung SachbearbeiterIn Rechnungswesen von Vorteil

* Mind. 3\-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Accounting/Rechnungswesen

* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen (SAP Business ByDesign) von Vorteil

* Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit

* Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Proaktives Denken und Handeln

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld

* Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift\- zwingend
