Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Verantwortung für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive ZahlungsverkehrsUnterstützung im Hauptbuch und bei Monats\- und JahresabschlüssenFührung der HauptkasseMithilfe in der DebitorenbuchhaltungSelbstständige Bewirtschaftung von Schadenfällen im SachversicherungsbereichUnterstützung der Leiterin Finanzen bei weiteren vielseitigen TätigkeitenPraxisbildung Lernende wünschenswert

Sie bieten uns

Sie zeichnen sich durch eine exakte, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine rasche Auffassungsgabe aus. Zudem sind Sie teamfähig, belastbar und setzen auch in hektischen Situationen die richtigen Prioritäten.

Für diese Aufgabe bringen Sie folgende beruflichen Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Buchhaltungserfahrung, von Vorteil in einer öffentlichen Verwaltung
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
