Das BBZ Schaffhausen ist die Berufsfachschule für Lernende in gewerblichen, industriellen, gesundheitlichen und sozialen Berufen, in der Berufsmaturitätsschule, der Berufsvorbereitung und der Integration sowie für die Studierenden der Höheren Fachschule in Technik und Pflege.

Wir suchen am Standort Charlottenfels in Neuhausen am Rheinfall per sofort eine/n

Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter Sekretariat, 50 %

Was erwartet Sie

  • Betreuung des Schulsekretariats «Campus Charlottenfels» in Neuhausen (Mo-Fr Vormittag)
  • Anlaufstelle für Lernende, Studierende und Lehrpersonen des Campus Charlottenfels
  • Administration der Höheren Fachschule Pflege
  • Raumreservation und Gästebetreuung im Schloss Charlottenfels
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Empfangen von externen Dozierenden

Was bringen Sie mit

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau / Kaufmann EFZ oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung - Erfahrung im Empfangs-, Administrations- oder Dienstleistungsbereich - Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Freude am Umgang mit Jugendlichen und Lehrpersonen - IT-Affinität und Interesse bestehende Lösungen weiterzuentwickeln Freude am Organisieren und Koordinieren Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift
