Wir sind ein international tätiges KMU und entwickeln und bauen seit über 30 Jahren Isoliermaschinen und andere Sondermaschinen für die Elektroindustrie. Unsere Anlagen stehen bei führenden Herstellern von Generatoren und Motoren rund um die Welt.

Unser Geschäft wächst. Deshalb suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als

Sachbearbeiter:in Verkaufsinnendienst / Export \& Ersatzteile 60\-80%

Du bist eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für unsere internationalen Kunden und kümmerst dich insbesondere um unser Ersatzteilgeschäft. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du die Exportabwicklung unserer Neumaschinen und unterstützt bei der administrativen Abwicklung unserer Serviceeinsätze.

Was dich erwartet

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Ersatzteilbestellungen
  • Erstellung von Offerten und Auftragsabwicklung bis zu Versand / Fakturierung
  • Abklärungen mit internen Stellen sowie Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden
  • Koordination von Lieferungen mit Spediteuren und Importabteilungen unserer Kunden
  • Selbständige Abwicklung der Exporte unserer Neumaschinen inklusive Verpackung, Transport und Exportdokumenten
  • Abwicklung von Akkreditiven (Letter of Credit) und Bankgarantien
  • Koordination und Verrechnung von Serviceeinsätzen

Was du mitbringst

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Export, idealerweise im internationalen Verkaufsinnendienst oder Ersatzteilgeschäft
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Gute PC\-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in Word und Excel; Abacus\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und an einer abwechslungsreichen administrativen Tätigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine offene, unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit
