Die Brandschutz Ettiswil AG wurde im Jahr 1953 unter dem Namen Schlauchweberei Ettiswil AG gegründet und beschäftigt zurzeit 37 Mitarbeitende, darunter zwei in der Tochterfirma in der Slowakei. Das Unternehmen hat sich über die Jahre einen hervorragenden in den Bereichen Brandschutzbekleidung und Kleinlöschgeräte (Feuerlöscher und Löschposten) erarbeitet. Neben der Schlauchproduktion, die heute nur noch einen von drei Geschäftsbereichen darstellt, bietet die Brandschutz Ettiswil AG auch Handel mit Brandschutztechnik sowie Dienstleistungen wie Service an Handfeuerlöschern und Schulungen an. Seit der Umbenennung im Jahr 2010 trägt das Unternehmen den Namen BRANDSCHUTZ ETTISWIL AG, um die aktuellen Tätigkeiten besser widerzuspiegeln.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Position Sachbearbeitung Feuerwehr.

Stellenziel

Sicherstellung einer effizienten und kundenorientierten Bearbeitung der administrativen und verkaufsbezogenen Aufgaben im Bereich Feuerwehr. Betreuung und Beratung interner und externer Kunden sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Sortiments und des Webshops.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Aussendienstrapporten und Angeboten
  • Erfassung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenberatung
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Webshop\-Aufträgen
  • Preiskalkulation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
  • Pflege von Sortiment, Produkten und Webshop
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung des Verkaufsangebots

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung, idealerweise im Bereich Feuerwehr oder Brandschutz
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
