Aufgaben

  • Angebote vorbereiten und Preise/Infos bei Lieferpartnern einholen
  • Aufträge erfassen, koordinieren und den Überblick über Termine behalten
  • Lieferungen und Transporte organisieren- ohne Hektik, einfach strukturiert
  • Rückfragen zu Bestellungen klären und Abweichungen unkompliziert lösen
  • Datenpflege im ERP (Artikel, Kunden, Dokumente)
  • Rechnungen prüfen und freigeben
  • Reklamationen sachlich bearbeiten- selten, aber gehört dazu
  • Allgemeine Korrespondenz und Unterstützung bei kleineren Projekten

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, gepflegte Umgangsformen und Freude an Kundenkontakt
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent
  • Sicher im Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch oder Englisch von Vorteil
