Safety Business Director (m/w/d) 100%

Was Sie bei uns bewegen können

  • Übernehmen Sie als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung die kommerzielle Gesamtverantwortung für das PSA\-Geschäft in der Schweiz
  • Entwickeln und verantworten Sie die nationale Vertriebs\- und Geschäftsstrategie mit klarem Fokus auf Wachstum, Marktanteil und Profitabilität
  • Führen und entwickeln Sie die Bereiche Vertrieb und Category Management und übernehmen Sie die direkte Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Managing Director sowie der globalen Safety\-Organisation zusammen und gestalten Sie die strategische Ausrichtung des Geschäfts aktiv mit
  • Verantworten Sie das Produkt\- und Dienstleistungsportfolio sowie die Sortiments\-, Lieferanten\- und Einkaufsstrategie
  • Steuern Sie Preisgestaltung, Margen, Budgets, Forecasts und relevante Performance\-KPIs und tragen Sie die Verantwortung für Umsatz und Ertrag
  • Identifizieren Sie Markt\-, Kunden\- und Wettbewerbstrends und leiten daraus konkrete Wachstums\- und Vertriebsinitiativen ab
  • Gewinnen Sie neue Kunden, erschliessen Sie zusätzliche Umsatzpotenziale und entwickeln Sie bestehende strategische Kundenbeziehungen weiter Führen Sie wichtige Vertrags\- und Partnerschaftsverhandlungen und bauen Sie nachhaltige Geschäftsbeziehungen auf
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit den Verantwortlichen aus SMB\- und Corporate , Marketing und Operations zusammen, um Kundenpotenziale und Geschäftschancen konsequent zu nutzen
  • Fördern Sie eine Kultur der Eigenverantwortung, Leistungsorientierung und Kundenfokussierung und schaffen Sie die Voraussetzungen für nachhaltiges Wachstum

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge im Geschäft mit persönlicher Schutzausrüstung (PSA)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im B2B\-Vertrieb und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kunden, Märkte und Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken kombiniert mit einer pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Umsetzung
  • Hohe Verhandlungsstärke, Abschlussorientierung und ausgeprägtes \-Mindset
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
