WAS DICH ERWARTET Unsere Front-Line-Teams prägen das Kundenerlebnis von Sunrise. Mit persönlicher Beratung, massgeschneiderten Lösungen und Top-Service wird aus jedem Kontakt eine langfristigen Kundenbeziehung. DEINE CHALLENGE Du unterstützt die Teams an unseren Standorten Zürich ShopVille (Hauptbahnhof) und Bahnhofstrasse vorwiegend für die Mittagsschichten Du gehst aktiv auf unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zu, verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse und bietest ihnen passende Lösungen an. Du begeisterst im Verkauf mit klarer, ehrlicher Beratung und einem überzeugenden Auftritt. Du zeigst eine hohe Eigenmotivation, erreichst deine monatlichen Ziele und trägst aktiv zum Erfolg des Shops bei. Du bearbeitest Service- und Support-Anliegen (z.-B. Geräteservice, Fragen zu Produkten/Abos) lösungsorientiert, kompetent und zuverlässig. Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für ein einladendes Shop-Erlebnis und eine positive Atmosphäre. Du behältst den Überblick über administrativen und operativen Aufgaben (z.-B. Kasse, Lager, Ordnung). Du nutzt Downtimes für spannende Outbound-Kampagnen und generierst zusätzliche Verkaufschancen Du lebst die Sunrise-Werte Bold, Passionate und One im Alltag vor und förderst aktiv Zusammenarbeit, Kundennähe und Eigeninitiative. DEINE SKILLS Du bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Retail mit oder überzeugst als motivierte:r Quereinsteiger:in mit ausgeprägtem Verkaufsflair und Serviceorientierung. Du sprudelst vor Begeisterung für Technologie und digitale Produkte und erklärst diese verständlich. Du arbeitest ziel- und kundenorientiert, bist zuverlässig und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick. Du zeigst Flexibilität und bist bereit, regelmässig an Samstagen und Sonntagen im Einsatz zu sein Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus.
