Job description ##

Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons un/e Sales & Marketing Coordinator, basé/e au Locle. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Ventes

  • Gestion administrative des ventes (filiales et détaillants suisses)
  • Suivi des commandes et analyses des portefeuilles clients
  • Préparation et analyse des assortiments
  • Suivi de la facturation mensuelle et des paiements
  • Coordination des envois de montres et matériel promotionnel
  • Suivi des délais de production et des niveaux de stock
  • Support à la préparation et au suivi des documents légaux
  • Suivi et mise à jour de la base de données clients
  • Préparation des analyses et rapports de ventes
  • Gestion complète des ventes au personnel
  • Coordination avec le SAV
  • Support aux activités de ventes internationales

 

Marketing

  • Gestion et planification des activités marketing en Suisse (publicité, relations presse, newsletters, analyses des retombées médias)
  • Support à l-organisation des événements internes
  • Mettre en place et suivre des actions promotionnelles
  • Assurer le suivi du budget marketing
  • Participer à l'intégration et à la formation de nouveaux collaborateurs

  • Polyvalence, flexibilité et autonomie
  • Rapide capacité d'apprentissage et sens de l'organisation
  • Excellent relationnel et aisance dans la communication
  • Esprit d'équipe et sens du service
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément avec rigueur

Professional requirements ##

  • CFC employé(e) de commerce ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Première expérience dans une fonction administrative commerciale et/ou marketing
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)

Languages ##

  • Français : courant
  • Allemand : bonnes connaissances indispensables orales et écrites
  • Anglais : bonnes connaissances orales et écrites
