Director Out of Home (m/f/d) ============================

The Manager \- Out of Home (OOH) leads the national OOH sales organisation and translates the company’s commercial strategy into sustainable, profitable growth across the Swiss market. Reporting directly to the Director, the role leads Regional Managers, Area Managers, Key Account Managers and holds overall accountability for Business Developers. It strengthens strategic customer partnerships, accelerates the 24/7 total beverage portfolio and ensures outstanding execution across OOH channels and outlets.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the national OOH sales strategy in line with company priorities, channel plans and the 24/7 total beverage vision.
  • Lead, inspire and develop the OOH organisation through Regional Managers, Area Managers, Key Account Managers with overall accountability for Business Developers, engagement, performance and succession planning.
  • Translate strategy into clear regional, team and individual objectives and lead a disciplined performance\-management rhythm across volume, net sales revenue, portfolio mix, distribution, outlet activation, market share, execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the OOH commercial plan, budget and forecast, allocating investments and resources effectively to protect profitability and optimize return on investment.
  • Drive revenue growth management and P\&L decisions through customer, channel and category insights, using data to identify opportunities, anticipate trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Strengthen route\-to\-market, customer segmentation, territory design and visit routines to maximize productivity, customer coverage and execution quality.
  • Build long\-term partnerships with strategic customers and guide the team in negotiations, contract management and customer development in accordance with commercial policy.
  • Ensure excellent in\-market execution of brand, category and activation plans, including effective deployment of point\-of\-sale materials, coolers and customer development equipment.
  • Partner with Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Care, New Business, People \& Culture and Capability teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Monitor competitors, customers, consumers and local OOH trends, while championing digital tools, simplification, innovation and responsible change.
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence in the market and reinforce high standards of safety, compliance and responsible business conduct.

What you'll bring

  • Higher education qualification in business, sales, marketing, hospitality or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in sales, OOH/Horeca or FMCG, including several years of successful leadership experience in a multi\-layer field sales organisation.
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable growth, commercial execution and customer development across a geographically dispersed market.
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen, including P\&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth management and interpretation of complex performance data.
  • knowledge of the Swiss OOH/Horeca market and its customer, shopper and consumer dynamics; beverage or FMCG experience is an advantage.
  • Professional fluency in and English; French and/or Italian is a strong advantage for national market leadership.
  • Confident use of MS Office and digital sales tools; SAP or comparable ERP/CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel regularly throughout Switzerland.
