Nous recherchons un Sales Engineer chargé de développer un portefeuille de clients industriels en Suisse en combinant prospection active, présence terrain et accompagnement technique. Sales Engineer (F/N/M)

Missions

Au sein de l'équipe commerciale suisse, vous développez votre propre secteur géographique et accompagnez vos clients dans l'identification de solutions techniques adaptées à leurs enjeux industriels.

Ce poste constitue une excellente opportunité pour un profil technique souhaitant développer une carrière dans la vente consultative au sein d'un environnement exigeant et orienté résultats.

Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Développer et gérer un portefeuille de clients industriels sur votre territoire.
  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux comptes et identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Réaliser des visites clients quotidiennes et assurer une forte présence terrain.
  • Comprendre les problématiques techniques des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Réaliser des démonstrations techniques auprès des interlocuteurs concernés.
  • Construire des relations durables avec les décideurs et développer votre réseau.
  • Préparer et suivre les offres commerciales jusqu'à leur conclusion.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier de votre activité et de vos performances.
  • Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs de croissance définis pour votre secteur.

Profil du candidat

En tant que Sales Engineer (F/N/M), vous avez le profil suivant :

  • Formation technique obligatoire (électrotechnique, électronique, automatisation, mécanique ou équivalent).
  • Français (C2\), anglais (C1\)
  • Formation achevée avec succès, complétée par une première expérience professionnelle appréciée.
  • Forte motivation pour évoluer dans la vente B2B et le développement commercial.
  • Mentalité de chasseur, goût du challenge et orientation résultats.
  • Personnalité ambitieuse, dynamique et résiliente.
  • Capacité à apprendre rapidement des produits et environnements techniques complexes.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.
  • Permis de conduire indispensable.
