- Zürich Oerlikon - Ca. 60-80 % - Anstellung im Stundenlohn - Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung mit Option bis Ende Februar Deine Mission Für die Akquise von Ausstellern, Sponsoren und Partnern unserer Eventformate suchen wir eine erfahrene und abschlussstarke Sales-Persönlichkeit. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, von der Identifikation potenzieller Kunden bis zum Vertragsabschluss. Wir suchen ausdrücklich keine Ausbildungsstelle oder Junior-Funktion, sondern eine Person, die bereits nachweisliche Erfahrung im B2B-Verkauf mitbringt, selbständig arbeitet und Abschlüsse konsequent erzielt. Deine Aufgaben - Aktive Akquise und Gewinnung neuer Aussteller, Sponsoren und Geschäftspartner - Eigenständige Recherche und Ansprache potenzieller Kunden - Durchführung von Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsgesprächen - Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Offerten - Begleitung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses bis zum Vertragsabschluss - Pflege von Kundenkontakten und CRM-Daten - Sicherstellung einer sauberen administrativen Abwicklung - Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Ausstellern vor und während der Events Das bringst du mit - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Sales, Key Account Management oder Business Development - Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung und im Vertragsabschluss - Hohe Eigenmotivation und ausgeprägte Abschlussstärke - Sicherer Umgang mit Offerten, Verträgen und administrativen Verkaufsprozessen - Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - Professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Entscheidungsträgern - Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse - Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Das erwartet dich - Flexible Arbeitszeiten - Spannende Projekte in der Event- und Live-Kommunikationsbranche - Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum - Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Event-Team - Langfristige Einsatzmöglichkeit bei erfolgreicher Zusammenarbeit
