Vicunha, a leading global player in the textile industry, is seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Based in Switzerland, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth in the European market while working with a passionate and innovative team.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the European market.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Motivating and consolidating the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • More than 5 years experience in fabric and/or garment sales.
  • Strong business development and customer relation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must, German, Spanish and French a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
