Wir, die Batrec Industrie AG, sind ein international tätiges Recycling\-Unternehmen mit den Schwerpunkten Altbatterien, quecksilberhaltige Abfälle und Reaktivierung von Aktivkohle. Unser Mutterhaus ist die französische Veolia Gruppe.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Manager Aktivkohle \& Quecksilber\-Abfälle (m/w/d)

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Aufbau und Pflege starker, langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Aktive Akquisition von Neukunden sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten (weltweit, mit Schwerpunkt Europa)
  • Einholen und Bereitstellen von Marktinformationen (Marktbegleiter, Chancen, Geschäftstrends, zukünftige Projekte)
  • Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von strategischen Plänen, um geeignete Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in den zugewiesenen Märkten zu maximieren
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Produktion, Logistik)
  • Internationale Geschäftsreisen, je nach Bedarf der Kunden und Batrec, inkl. Teilnahme an Fachmessen

So begeisterst du uns:

  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem entsprechenden Industriezweig, wie z. B. Industriedienstleistungen, Standortsanierung, Abfallwirtschaft oder chemische Industrie
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, um sich schnell einen detaillierten Überblick über das Leistungsangebot des Unternehmens verschaffen zu können
  • Ausgezeichnete Verkaufs\-, Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch oder ösisch
  • Effiziente und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis / Interesse für die Recyclingindustrie und deren Herausforderungen
