Sales Manager Spare Parts im Innendienst (m/w/d) 100 %

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Kompetente Kundenberatung und effiziente Abwicklung des Ersatzteilverkaufs
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner unserer Händler zur Unterstützung der Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Ersatzteilbestellungen inkl. Rechnungsstellung
  • Bearbeitung und Klärung technischer Kundenanfragen
  • Pflege des Material\- und Kundenstamms
  • Überwachung offener Angebote und ausstehender Kundenaufträge
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen
  • Verantwortlich für die reibungslose Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen einschliesslich der Erstellung und Prüfung sämtlicher erforderlicher Versand\- und Zolldokumente

DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechaniker im Bau\- oder Landmaschinenbereich) mit Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Nachgewiesene Verkaufserfahrung, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld
  • Berufserfahrung im Ersatzteilservice, Vertriebsinnendienst oder Vertriebsunterstützung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Französischkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, strukturierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis
